I made the ravioli recipe that you mentioned the other day for dinner last night. Came out pretty darn good. The only thing I might change would be instead of 4 hrs and then add the cheese, would be to do 3 1/2 hr and then add cheese. No big deal, but cooking the 4 hrs, some of the sauce and ravioli got kind of crusty around the edge of the pot in a couple of places.
I did make the pot roast again today in the crock pot, 5 hours on high, and then 1 1/2 hours on low. Very very tender. I did add potatoes (whole) and carrots (cut in half) about two hours in, and they turned out great.
