    Apple Coleslaw

    2 cup cabbage (cut like coleslaw mix)
    2 medium apples (cored, diced)
    1 can (16 ozs) crushed pineapple (drained)
    3/4 cup fat free Mayonnaise

    Combine all ingredients, cover & refrigerate
    1 hours or more before serving.

    makes 8 - 3/4 cup servings.
    60 calories each

    That sounds really, really good! I will surely give it a go when either my son isn't here or I go to some potluck. My son is allerergic to apples (and pears and peaches, appricots, cherries, nectarines and all that sort of stuff) But, I'm keeping this filed!

    Having a group of ladies for lunch next week and was planning on a cabbage/apple slaw. but your recipe sounds much easier.I will try yous and see what the ladies think. thanks.......

    thanks so much for that delicious apple/slaw recipe. I entertained twelve ladies at a luncheon yesterday and there was but a spoonful remaining.
    They loved it and I have sent the recipe out to two of them already.

    I had something very similar to this at a restaurant just a short while ago and I loved it.
    I'm delighted to have a recipe.
