    Ok never mind is works out to be 1/2 cup of butter according to converting the measurements.

    Perfect timing. I live near Apple Hill and apple season just opened Labor Day weekend. This is my favorite time of year living in the foothills. Honey Crisp apples are to die for and they will be ready in just 2 weeks. There are so many types of apples to choose from. I think I will pick a tart apple for this recipe. Thanks again for all you share craftybear.
