    This is a favorite of our family.

    1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground beef
    1 med. onion chopped
    2 cans pinto beans
    2 cans minestrone soup
    2 cans water
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    2 cans veg-all
    1 can tomato souo

    Brown meet along with chopped onion. Mix all together and simmer about
    2 hrs. Makes 1 gallon

    Sounds good. We eat lots of soup in the winter. I use Rotel in lots of dishes.

    Your soup is very similar to the soup recipe I posted here recently only mine has RANCH STYLE beans (bbq beans) instead of pintos and mine uses Veg All canned veggies. Thanks for sharing your recipe. I'll try yours soon.
