As Leaha said...I smash mine on marble rye and then sprinkle toasted bagel seeds on top. Sometimes I add an egg or Boursin cheese. It’s quick and good for you. We always have avocados in the house, last week they were 99 cents.

Must also share favorite way to serve avocado:
Club Cracker topped with guacamole, then boiled shrimp, then dollop of cocktail sauce.
Or mix cubed avocado and cut up boiled shrimp with pico de gallo and serve with crackers.
