    Default Ayurvedic Recipes

I have osteoarthritis and have bad flare-ups every now and then. I've been reading up on Ayurvedic remedies for arthritic pain. A lot of Indian remedies are now becoming much more mainstream. One is turmeric, which is very trendy right now. I found this site that lists all kinds of Ayurvedic recipes, some which aren't all that exotic, but sound really tasty.
