    My mom's been making this meal for years. Only one thing missing. Instead of adding water to the flour/oil mixture, she adds beef bullion cubes to the water first to make a gravy. I can't figure how that gravy would taste without beef broth or bullion? This meal is also great if simmered in the crock pot all day.
