This is such a wonderful recipe I had to share this, too.
    Great summer (or anytime) recipe.

    CHICKEN SALAD
    2 1/2 cups chicken-cooked and diced( I add 2 Tbls. lemon juice)
1 cup seedless grapes quartered ( I like green and red both-colorful)
    1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup sliced or slivered almonds
1 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup whipping cream-whipped(I add 1 tsp of powdered sugar and 1 tsp. of vanilla to cream as I am whipping)
    2 Tbls. parsley flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste (I don't use any)
    1 Apple-unpeeled & chopped
    1/2 cup sweet relish
    1/2 cup chopped onion(optional)

Mix all together well then fold in whipping cream. Put on bread, crackers, pita pocket, etc. Wonderful. Worth the extra time. I like it better cold.

    Great recipe.

I like to put dried cherries in my tuna and chicken salad.

Sounds interesting; I'd never thought to put sweetened whipped cream in chicken salad, though I often but dried cherries, or cranberries in mine. Where did you get the recipe?

Yes, I have put craisins in also. The cherry ones are great.

Printed it. Never thought about grapes or apple in my chicken salad, or sweetened whipping cream, for that matter!! But it sounds interesting, so I plan to try it!!!
