    2 med tomatoes
    1/4 med onion
    4 sprigs cilantro
    2 cloves garlic
    1 t garlic salt
    2 T lemon juice
(optional jalepeno- 1/3 or 2/3 or 1 for med, hot and super hot)

cut, chop, mince and put into chopper or blend in some manner if you don't have a salsa maker. Enjoy. It tastes even better the next day!

Add an Anaheim pepper along with the jalapeno and substitute lime juice for the lemon. Add in some tomatillo, yummy!!

of course I make a whole lot more than 2 tomatoes worth!!!

Sounds great. I'm going to a Ladies Night Out next week. The food theme is Mexican and I'm supposed to bring the salsa. I will definitely use your recipe!
    Thanks.
