I don't believe the English Walnuts would be the same taste or as good as Black Walnuts, but I have never tried it.

In one place you say black walnuts and another just walnuts.
Our daughter and son- in - law farm walnuts; any reason why we can't use english walnuts - they are just regular walnuts.
I can use the black walnut flavoring and just regular walnuts ?

    please pm me.
    again thank you ~
Oh, I wish you lived near as our trees are loaded this year. People come from everywhere to pick them up, but I'm getting them this year. My late brother loved to hull them and crack them. He would have jars full. He sold a lot of them. Hope I can do as well as he did. He would always say, "Sis" I have you some good ole walnuts again this year. I miss him so much.

OK, Marge L.- what is the secret?? I have 10 black walnut trees and quit using them years ago because of the hassle. I'd really appreciate it if you would share your secret. Thanks in advance!
