    Default Braided pork loin

Ok, I clicked on an enticing recipe on Youtube. I've made this pork loin several times. In the oven or on the bbq pit. Pork loin is so inexpensive right now. HEB even had $1 off coupon.
    • slice longways to make 3 pieces
    • season-pepper, salt, garlic, paprika?
    • cover each piece with a slice of bacon
    • tie one end
    • braid
    • tie other end
    • brown on all sides
    • bake at 350 for 20 min
    • slice about 2 inches thick to preserve the braid

Interesting. It would make for a nice presentation, I bet.

Interesting presentation but I wonder about your baking time, unless you are using a pork tenderloin that is a pound or less.
