This is my Bread Pudding recipe....It is nice and moist with a coconut flavor.....Great hot out of oven or cold from frig. Even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

    ENJOY!

YUM! I am not a fan of "soggy" tho.. I wonder what it would be like with out "wetting" the bread with water?

BrendaY ~ Looks like a lot of calories for sure! But if we have just a tiny piece? ;)

BREAD PUDDING 1 LARGE LOAF WHITE BREAD (WET IT)
1 CAN OF GOYA CREAM OF COCONUT -12 FL. OZ.
1 CAN OF SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK-14 OZ.
    1 CUP OF SUGAR
    2 TEASPOONS OF VANILLA
    2 STICKS OF BUTTER (MELTED)
    6 EGGS (BEATEN)
CINNAMON FOR TASTE AND ALSO SPRINKLED ON TOP

Wet bread under faucet, 4 slices at a time. Break up into large bowl..Add all other ingredients..Mix well.. Pour into ungreased baking pans, but only half full because mixture rises when baking and flattens when it cools.....
Bake at 350 for 1 hour......Let cool for awhile,
    then cut into squares....Now it's Yum-Yum time!
    Enjoy!

My DH loves bread pudding. He thinks it is a meal of its own. I can hardly gag the stuff down!
