O.K. this is my husbands most favorite thing to eat!!! He could eat a bucket full and still want more

    Fresh Organic Broccoli chopped small

Fresh Organic Red Cabbage chopped small

    Fresh Organic Carrots sliced thinly

    Sunflower seeds

    (Organic raisins if desired)

Place all this in bowl. Put in who ever much you like, I love red cabbage so I but in a lot.

    In small bowl:
Combine Best foods real mayonaise...a scoop
a squeeze of honey, and a splash of Heinz white vinegar whip it all smooth with a wisk.
toss it all together with veggies and finally top it with Raw sunflowerseeds. YUMMY and so good for you!

Sounds really good, I think I'll make it next week. I too love red cabbage, plus all the other ingredients.
