    Default canned sweet potatoes

I find myself with several cans of these and would like to use them in a dessert or breakfast recipe, some kind of baking but probably not a pie. Any one got any ideas? Thanks

You can replace sweet potatoes in the place of pumpkin or butter nut squash. The butternut squash bread recipe just posted will work with sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes also make a good "pumpkin pie", or pumpkin bars.

You could also probably use them in the pumpkin muffins. Instead of pumpkin use the sweet potatoes. Haven't tried it but don't know why it wouldn't work.

How about you make them like Boston Market's yams with the marshmallows.
I think of that more of a dessert than a vegetable dish.

Sweet potatoes can be used in any recipe that uses squash or pumpkin. Muffins, cakes, pancakes, etc. Let us know what you create (smile).
