    Thank you so much for sharing this. It will join my Mini Cheese Burger Cookies and Halloween Prune Spiders in my favorite recipes.

    Never heard of egg salad/deviled eggs with just mayo and nothing else except the egg. In my family we add mayo, a touch of vinegar, enough to moisten the yolk well, finely diced onions, sweet pickle relish, salt and pepper, prepared yellow mustard, some tiny chopped bits of green onions or chives, and after the eggs are stuffed we sometimes sprinkle on them chopped black olives.

    Makes more than you can stuff back into the eggs, so will make several extra sandwiches and/or salads.

    in my family we had egg salad..... basically just eggs and mayo. Then we had deviled eggs..... much like what Ramona listed.... Deviled eggs are a HUGE favorite in our family.
