Helman's is the brand name of a mayonaise in the eastern U.S., it's labeled Best Foods west of the Mississippi. So your favorite mayonaise would work even if you make homemade. Miracle Whip is NOT mayonaise or even close to it, it is a salad dressing, sweet and has an entirely different taste.

This is a great vegetable casserole.

If you use Stove Top Stuffing for poultry, the bread crumbs and seasoning are already together.

1 head of cauliflower- cut up into small pieces and boil till tender, drain
    1 cup of milk
    2 heaping tablespoons of Hellmans
    Mix milk and Hellmans together
Pour this onto cauliflower and mix
Add to this mixture, one box of Stove Top stuffing for poultry
( don't make it up, just add the contents of the package to the cauliflower)
Add 1 cup or more of grated cheddar cheese
Mix everything together and spoon into a greased lasagna pan. Bake at 350 until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
Great dish for dinner or a potluck.

Glad so many of you want to try this dish. Now for Canadian Thanksgiving coming up, I plan on making this Gluten Free for my daughter in law. I'll make a loaf of G.F. bread in the bread maker, turn that into dry bread cubes/crumbs, add some herbs, etc. and then proceed as usual with the Hellman's, milk, and cheese. Yum! It will taste better after having been in the fridge overnight.
Also taking this tomorrow to my workplace for a pot luck Thanksgiving day lunch.
Wow! It's our Thanksgiving Day already! I'm in retail and Thanksgiving and Halloween items are already picked over and our warehouse is starting to fill up with Christmas items. Just makes me think of lots'n'lots of shifts and sparkles all over my clothes, hair, and even in my nose! Ugh!
