This lady did a year of slow cooking, all with celiac recipes. her blog is here:

She even made bread in the slow cooker! My cousin has celiac disease and I made several of her recipes. He loved them. I even did the bread one, and he said it was the best bread he had in a long time. The slow cooker keeps the bread moist and it doesn't come out like a brick.

on, I have just read your reply to my Celiac, Had some tragedy in the family and everything gone haywire! I appreciate your comments, I am a registerd nurse and I have a good gastroenterologist. I also have family members in England and here affected too. Thanks for the help. God Bless
