I bought these really cute mini loaf pans from Old Time Pottery (I think Micheal's had them too). The are ceramic and decorated with Christmas themes. I am looking for a good bread recipe to bake in these and give as gifts any ideas?

I posted a bar recipe not too long ago that is so great-----I'm not sure how long you'd have to bake for a bread pan size, but worth the time in figuring out. Everybody loves it!
