1 lb of beef stew meat
    8 cloves of garlic
    1/2 of an onion
    2 bay leaves
1 beef boulion cube knorrs brand
    salt to taste
brown your meat with your garlic and onion and salt

1 bag of california chiles put them to boil until soft
take your chiles and water blend together in a blender until you have a sauce pour the chile sauce in a fine strainer strain until your sauce has none of the seeds or skin from the chiles in the sauce.

Take your meat and sauce combined them together add your bay leaves to the sauce and the boulion cube cook meat until tender you might need to add a little more water to cook meat until tender.

this the lazy way to make your chile colarado 1 can of las palmas red chiles sauce 1 can of water add garlic and salt and bay leaves to the sauce and 1 beef boulion cube cook everything together until tender
