    Coca Cola Cake

    1 cup butter
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 cup sugar
    1 teas. vanilla
    2 cups flour
    3 Tablespoons Cocoa
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1 cup coke
    Fold in 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
    Bake at 350 degrees in a greased and floured standard 13" X 9" pan.

    Cool completely.

    Icing
    1/2 cup soft margarine
    4 cups powdered sugar
    3 Tablespoons Cocoa
    1/3 cup coke
    1 cup chopped pecans

    This recipe is a favorite of ours. I make it in a bar pan. It last a long time and freezes well.
