    Default Coffee Peanut Butter Milkshake

It is HOT here. I went out gardening very early this morning, around 7:30AM and it was already close to 85 degrees F. so I turned off the coffee early, decided not to cook breakfast and now I just want to drink cold things. So, what did I make? A very economical, low-cal, high protein shake with leftover coffee, unsweetened almond milk, a dash of pure monk fruit powder and a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter powder. It's in the fridge getting icy cold now. Yummm!

That sounds good! I really like that peanut butter powder in smoothies.

I saw on the morning show that there is a new machine that allows you to make soft ice cream like snack from fruit. It is called Yonana machine. Sounds interesting.

Oh no! I don't need another gadget in my kitchen but soft ice cream is a real weakness of mine. I'm not even going to look this up on the internet.....well, maybe I'll just peek at it!
