Sons asked me to write down my recipes
The fact that i have minimal fine motor skills made me search for software
found MY FAVORITE RECIPE COLLECTION ~ COOKBOOK
    on e-bay it arrived
and i have begun loading recipes in it.
I did mother's recipes a few years ago by scanning 181 pages
    this will be much easier

This sounds like a really interesting idea. Do you still have to type them in or are they scanned in?

Mother's in her beautiful handwriting had to be scanned.
My cookbook will be typed in.
New software is super easy so far and searchable
Set up the printable size, font with size, main ingredient and catagory then type in recipe.
I have not printed my cookbook yet.

I have Mastercook 9 for the computer.
You can type in your recipes or import them from the internet.

My husband really enjoy this program.

Hand written ones from those who have passed are hard to come accross. One recipe writen on the back side of a nephew Luke's drawing. He is 30 yo now.
