    We went out last weekend an had this for deseart. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
    2 cups of heavy cream
    1/4 cups sugar
    1 pack of unflaviored jello
    1jar of carmel

    Add cream & sugar to a med. sauce pan & on low heat wisk cream & sugar to a boil add unflaviored jello. Wisk for 2 mins untill jello is desolved. remove from heat. buttersmall bowls add carmel to the bottom than add cooked cream. put in refirg.and let set. serve like a flan.

    It sounds delicious. I like any dessert that doesn't have chocolate.

    Carmel as in ice cream toppings? I've used the sugar free toppings to help cut down on calories and sugar.
    Is the texture of cooked cream like ice cream or custard....I've never heard of it is why I'm asking.
