Sounds great, but I'd never get to make it. My hubby would eat the peanut butter, so I'd have to finish off the Fritoes!

I just got the recipe and tried it. Wasn't sure what wattage my oven is, so I cooked it at 90% power. It was a little dry and spongy, so 80% might work better. However, the extra chocolate chips I used helped that! I used a soup mug instead of a coffee mug and it was enough for two.

I had the recipe and made it a few times....I would always eat the whole thing and then feel stuffed. I finally threw the recipe away so I wouldn't be tempted!! :-D

they call it the most dangerous recipe in the world - because at any time you are less than 5 minutes away from chocolate cake!!

This sounds so good but I can't eat chocolate. Has anyone tried making it with out chocolate? Maybe with fruit?

wow, I feel so bad thinking about someone who can't have chocolate! So I went and found this for you.

It sounds good because you can make it up in batches and give the mix as a gift, in a mug.

ptquilts, thank you so much. I am going to try it. I see that there are also other desserts that can be made in the micro-wave. I am always looking for them as we travel a lot in our trailer and hate to lite the oven.
It will have to wait though. We are about to leave for a month in Europe. We will be traveling in a small motorhome and it has no micro-wave.
It was so nice of you to do that for me.
    Happy quilting.
