Combine in mixing bowl:
1 can whole kernel corn & juice
1 can cream style corn
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 Tblsp minced onion
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes

Pour into 8x8 oven dish that’s been sprayed. Bake 30 minutes at 350 with foil on. Remove foil & stir & return to oven uncovered another 30 minutes. Cover again & let stand 5 minutes or so. (yes, it’s carbohydrate heavy)
