I recently bought a mini cupcake maker and this is my first experiment. They are very good.
Mix I Jiffy corn muffin mix as directed (with egg and milk). Add 1/2 cup (or more) cooked sausage, crumbled and 1/2 cup of grated chedder cheese. Cook for 7 minutes (or longer) in mini cupcake cooker. These can be frozen individually and then put in freezer bag to be used a few at the time. Hope you like it.

I made these in my mini cupcake maker and there is no temperature control. I think 350 in the oven would work as well. So glad you like how they sound.
