This has been a 'go to' recipe for a long time for me. It's easy to cut in half, using just the one can of crescent rolls and an 8x8 or 9x9 pan. But I still use the two apples, the are larger pieces, of course. Also, I've used Siera Mist, 7up and Fresca, even the peach and blackberry. Doesn't matter if it's diet or regular sodas either as it's just always spectacular.
