This is EASY and everyone loves it. My german neighbor asked for the recipe to feed her sorority sisters and my DH asked me why hadn't I ever made this before? This was my "How to feed a family of 6 for under 10 bucks" years ago....

1 family size box of Zatarin's Jambalaya
    1 lb ground beef
1 lb hot sausage (mild if you don't like spicy)
    2 cans creamed corn
1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes if you don't like spicy)

    Saute ground beef and sausage.

While that is sauteing, make the Jambalaya following directions on box.

When those 2 are done, mix together with the corn and rotel. It makes enough to feed 6 people and freezes well. Great with biscuits or cornbread.

Since it freezes well, this would be good to have on hand in the freezer for unannounced company, Thanks for recipe....
