    1 pound of cranberries
1 -2 yellow delisous apples (depending on size)
    2 cups mini marshmallows
    2/3 cup chopped nuts
    whipped cream

grind cranberries and add the marshmallows. Let set over night in fridge. add chopped apples, nuts. Whip cream and add to salad just before serving. Oranges chopped or bananas may also be added. Make your whip cream a bit sweeter than normal as cranberries are tart.

This is to die for, I have made it so many times this year, I had to stop and take a break from it.
1 large box of jello, I've used Cherry raspberry anything dark red.
1 can of crushed pineapple I used big can
1 can of cranberry sauce not jellied.
Cut up 1 to 2 stalks of celery, this is the crunch.
I leave the jello set up for a few minutes before adding the rest. Please do not use FRESH pineapple it doesn't work
Ask me how I know. make the jello as normal.
