    Save any crawfish you have after a boil and top a platter of Nacho's with cheese with the leftover crawfish, green onions and your other favorite toppings. Excellent!
    Now a craving has been flung on me and I'll have to get crawfish for the weekend.

    Mmmmmmmm!! Does that ever sound yummy! I LOVE crawfish and when we do a crawfish boil, we always have some left over. This will be a great recipe!
