2 pkg White Button Mushrooms ( about 20 to 25 mushrooms)
6 to 10 slices of Cooked Bacon (depends on how Bacony you
    like it)
    1 small Onion Chopped
1 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese ( I use Lite)
    Garlic powder (to taste)
    Salt and Pepper (to taste)

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Pull the stems out of the mushrooms and lay the tops in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Save the stems and chop up, and set aside for later
Saute the onion in the bacon grease for a couple of minutes, then add the stems and saute till soft.
Then add the cream cheese, and stir till soften and well mixed with the onion and stems.
Using a spoon, stuff each mushroom.
Place in oven and cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Family begs for more, when these are gone.

Do you do anything with the cooked bacon? I don't see it in the recipe, just the bacon grease.
