I fix this when we are having dinner guests as two people would gain 20 pounds in a week! If you use cool whip, ready whip or ice cream, it's decadent!

    CROCKPOT TRIPLE CHOCOLATE MESS CAKE

1 box Chocolate Cake Mix (Devils Food)
1 box chocolate instant pudding (small pkg)
    Small bag of chocolate chips
    1 pint sour cream
    ¾ cup oil
    4 eggs
    1 cup water
    24 caramels (unwrapped)

Mix all ingredients, except caramels. Place mixture in a
crock pot sprayed with PAM Lightly press caramels into
mixture. Cook on low 6 hrs (you can also cook on high
for an hour, then turn to low, it will be done in 5 hrs) You can top it off with ice cream or whipped cream. Its good but really rich and sweet. (This is the Chocolate dessert to die for.)

Ooooh send me some. Pineapple upside down cake and Red velvet are my favorite cakes. I like to add crushed pineapples to the batter and sub some of the juice for the water. It takes a little longer to cook but it is sooo yummy. I'll have to try making one in the crock pot.
