    Default Damn Yankee Dip

This is really good dip.. I usually make double batch because it is a big hit!

    Damn Yankee Dip

    2 - 16 oz. Sour Cream
2 pkgs. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
    2 cups Mayonnaise
    1 - 2 bunches of green onions
    1 large Green pepper
1 large red or yellow pepper
2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag of tostito's bite size chips

Mix sour cream, ranch mix and mayonnaise until smooth and well blended.

Chop (diced) Veggies and add to sour cream mixture, stir until well blended, add cheese to mix and stir until well blended
chill for at least 2 hours before serving best if made the day before

Is the recipe you wrote a double batch? Or do you double that? (since you said you usually make a double batch)

That sounds delicious! From the list of ingredients, this sounds like it is a double batch.
