OK sounds crazy but it is so good.

    2 cans mexican corn,drained
    2 cans chopped green chilis
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/2 c sour cream
2 c. grated cheese (I use Kraft mild cheddar)
    5 dashes tobasco sauce
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp cayenne pepper

Mix it all together well, and refrigerate. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.

I made this last weekend.. I just used one can of corn and one of chilies. I did add about 1/2 cup of finely chopped purple onion. Added crunch and flavor. I cut back a bit on the cayenne.. this was DELICIOUS!! Thanks for sharing...
