    I do this with shredded rotissiere chicken tossed with a bit of the sauce instead of the hamburger BUT I SKIP THE BUTTER CALORIES - sorry to shout it out LOL

    If you just dip the tortillas in the sauce it works fine.

    I am thinking the next time I make it to add a picture to the post. The chicken sounds good too and also using flour tortillas but I have to pre-cook the soft taco shells as it makes them softer. Easier to cut. I have to tryt he chicken now myself. YOu can also change it up by using the green enchilada sauce but I prefer the red.
