Now I want to make some, too.
Ya know, I made some egg salad recently as an experiment...low cholesterol version out of egg whites only. It was pretty good!
I just took a fork and smashed up the egg whites in a bowl. I added a very small amount of Miracle Whip, a little sour cream, mustard, onions, a little pickle juice for some moisture since I was being stingy on the salad dressing...maybe some garlic powder...I think I added relish. I ate it on toast. I didn't really miss the yolks.

There really isn't a recipe to make deviled eggs.

You just boil any amount of eggs that you want and when cool, peel them. You then cut the eggs length wise and separate the white from the yolk. Take the cooked yolk and mash them in a bowl. I then add mayonnaise by small spoonfuls until you get the consistency that you want (some people like their eggs drier then others - I like my medium moist), I add a couple of spoonfuls of hotdog relish and then add mustard (French’s) to taste along with salt and pepper to taste. Then you can either scoop the mixture back into the cooked egg whites or use a pastry bag to pipe into the egg white. Sprinkle paprika on top for color. Everyone loves my deviled eggs and never get enough.

    Good Luck

I always have to make 2 kinds, one is what the kids all call egg bombs. I use mayonaise, chili powder and mustard powder, finely diced pickled jalepenos ( whatever heat strength you desire) and onion and garlic juice.
I usually babysit all of the kids while the parents did the day after Thanksgiving shopping frenzy. Needless to say, I made sure the kids all spent as much time as possible outdoors conducting their rude contests, due to the toxic sulphur polution  Being the gross little people that they are, this was the highlight of the Thanksgiving holiday. I did make sure to feed them egg salad sandwiches using all of the same ingredients before sending them home, though!

I just do the miracle whip and mustard. THe miracle whip has a lot of salt already, so I don't add more.

I totally agree!! I very, VERY rarely add salt to a recipe, even if it calls for it. Everything already is loaded with it, so I'm sure at least one and almost all your ingredients you'll be adding will already have it!!
I am not supposed to have it to begin with!!!

Mine is the basic mayo-mustard-relish mix with a shot of tabasco. No complaints yet.

OMG! I used to add Tabasco to EVERYTHING!!! Then, I had to slack off when the kids started eating table food.....My DD can eat it pretty well. She's 5. I don't like giving it to her bc of her Acid Reflux! I've only recently started letting her eat some of it again....
I used to cook so spicy...I've mellowed a little...and burned out DH's taste buds in the process! LOL>!
