Needless to say, I made sure the kids all spent as much time as possible outdoors conducting their rude contests, due to the toxic sulphur polution  Being the gross little people that they are, this was the highlight of the Thanksgiving holiday. I did make sure to feed them egg salad sandwiches using all of the same ingredients before sending them home, though!

    Here is another variation:

To the warm chopped yolks add:

    half Miracle whip
and half Thousand Island dressing to consistency you like.
    add:
celery seed, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste while still warm.

Fill the egg halves with the mixture.

I use this for my egg salad sandwiches also. Just chop the egg whites with my pastry blender.

I use mayo, mustard, horseradish, worcestershire sauce and Louisiana hot sauce. Then I add 1 caper to the top of each egg. Yum yum

You just boil any amount of eggs that you want and when cool, peel them. You then cut the eggs length wise and separate the white from the yolk. Take the cooked yolk and mash them in a bowl. I then add mayonnaise by small spoonfuls until you get the consistency that you want (some people like their eggs drier then others - I like my medium moist), I add a couple of spoonfuls of hotdog relish and then add mustard (French’s) to taste along with salt and pepper to taste. Then you can either scoop the mixture back into the cooked egg whites or use a pastry bag to pipe into the egg white. Sprinkle paprika on top for color. Everyone loves my deviled eggs and never get enough.

    Good Luck
This is how I make them, too. Now I want to boil some eggs!
