    We cook it and use it like you would pasta.
    Cook the squash like it your recipe, use italian herbs if you use it with spaghetti sauce.
    Vary the herbs/seasonings to blend with your choice of sauce. :D:D:D

    I cut it in half, take the seeds out and mirowave both pieces until its soft, salt, pepper and butter, thats it! yum

    I throw the whole thing into the oven. when done then cut in half and scoop out seeds. then take a fork scoop out squash with fork Throw lots of butter and salt and pepper on in in a cassarole dish. Put a lid on it to melt butter and keep warm. Love it

    I cook it in the microwave after cutting it in half. Then scoop out the seeds and run a fork through the sides to make the spaghetti like threads. Then I add butter and parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Yum so delicious. In fact I have one in my refrigerator and maybe I'll cook mine tonight. Enjoy yours however you decide to cook it. :) Kathy
