Here is the one my family loves. Hope you enjoy!

    Broccoli Cheese Soup

    4 quarts water
    12 chicken bouillon cubes
5- 6 cups vegetables = potatoes, carrots, celery, onions
broccoli - any amount you want
if fresh cook separately and then add
if frozen can add when vegetables are almost done

    Simmer all together

Mix 3 cups melted margarine or butter with 1 1/2 cups flour

    Add to soup, then add
16 oz. jar cheese whiz at the end.

Heat only until the cheese melts.

cook broccoli, onion in chicken broth until tender, place in blender with cheese&garlic. blend smooth(to suit).pour in pan,add milk, season and heat. When I blend, I do it in a couple batches, the hot broth will melt cheese . You can use half&half for milk, add some butter, and even use instant potatoes to thicken if you like a thicker soup.
This recipe sounds wonderful...I'm going to try it today...thanks so much.....

Well, I saved the best for last.
I actually cook for a living and quilt for fun.
Here's my version of brocolli cheese soup:

    Cooked, diced potatoes (desired amount)
Not much water (enough to cook potatoes)
    2 cups cooked broccoli
    2 cups diced carrots
    1 diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

After everything is added, cooked & heated well, add ½ box of velveeta cheese.
Turn burner off and stir until cheese is melted.
