My DH can't do gluten & I can't do dairy so I use gluten free flour mix & non dairy creamer with water to make my sausage gravy. We love it. I also do hamburger gravy this way & add frozen peas to it. My bunch loves it on toast or potatoes.

THat is how I make my sausage gravy. I'm not sure what is in the Kentucky colonel seasoned flour but it is exactly what the gravy needs. Makes awesome gravy. My favorite sausage is Bob Evans sausage.
For the person who said they are gluten free. My grocery has gluten fre Kentucky Colonel flour.

This is the recipe (any sausage any flour) that was the very first recipe my daughter learned how to cook in Home Ec - years ago. We all make it.
