I often add some orange marmalade to the apricot preserves. It's yummy on chicken or pork!

Thanks, Sunny580. Made this for family last night using a whole cut-up chicken - it was wonderful! Brought it to the kid's house and got rave reviews. I really meant to give you credit for it......but it felt so good basking in the praise that I guess I forgot to mention it. sorry.....
