I spent so much time yesterday looking through my cookbooks trying in vain to find a easy creamy chocolate frosting.... It surely can't be that hard.

    Will someone share theirs please...

    Here's one:

    1 c. milk
    1 sm. box instant pudding
    1 c. Cool Whip

Mix the milk and pudding. Fold in the Cool Whip.

Any flavor pudding can be used.
    Enjoy,
    Christine

I agree.... This winter I have been wanting to bake more than I have in years.... Probably will live to regret it this spring when I get back outside and start gardening.

i think it's cause the winter has been so cold this year. we're all hibernating like bears and we think we have to put on enough fat to see us through until spring. LOL!
