Take 1 container of store bought sugar free pudding (I use vanilla with chocolate on top)... put it in a small bowl and add 1/4 tsp Ginger and 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, plus some cool whip and stir it all up together. Crumble a couple of Graham Crackers into the pudding and stir it again..

Eat and enjoy a great Sugar Free dessert

Graham Crackers aren't sugar free and diabetics should not think this is a sugar free dessert. Tks. GiGi

Diabetics can have Graham crackers so this is still a good dessert for us. Thanks for the recipe. I get so tired of fruit or jello.

I can't wait to try this. Although the cool whip I have has sugar in it as well as the graham crackers so I wouldn't call it sugar free. But it would be low calorie and so satisifying.
