I saw this in "Taste of Home" magazine a few years back, made them for a party last night and WOW they were a hit.
You take a Starburst candy and flatten it out with the rolling pin, using a pizza cutter cut thin strips and wrap these around another Starburst candy, use one thin strip to make a bow. Time consuming, but well worth the effort when you get just a jawdropping response.

Thank you for these cuties. I'll add them to my regular stash of Mini Cheeseburger Cookies and Bacon Spider Legs.
