    Default The "Elvis" Shake

I just gave it that name. I'm probably not the first to think of it. Cool, refreshing, thick, cold, filling...2 WW points.

    2 C cold Almond milk
2 heaping Ts of Peanut butter powder
1 frozen banana cut up in chunks
a pinch of pure, powdered Monk Fruit

Put it all in the blender and whirl it up until smooth.
    Yummm!

Oh...I'm always dancing and singing to myself....LOL. Today, it's "Long Tall Sally" by Little Richard. Maybe we should make up a milkshake with that name.

Oh, that sounds good! I love banana and peanut butter together; I often put the PB on a banana and eat it that way.

I have all of the ingredients on hand, too - except the monk fruit. I'll try it without any sweetener first. I do have stevia if needed.

PB powder is a good way to get some protein in, but I am uninspired in how to use it, so appreciate this tip! Thanks, tropit.
