Love grilling shrimp kabobs. Marinate the peeled and devined shrimp, veggies in balsamic vinegarette dressing. Grill on Bar-b-q grill. Also great with chicken. Add salad. A great meal.

When we camp, we save the leftovers all week, throw them together on the last night, add a can or 2 of corned beef and have a great camp stew. My dad started this back in the 50's.

From home I bring shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped black olives and cooked hamburger. I heat up the chili on the camp stove or campfire. Then toss all of the ingredients into a large bowl along with shredded cheese and Doritos. Stir this up with salad tongs and serve along with guacamole and/or sour cream.

Quick, hot and ready in just a few minutes plus, it is filling. We never have leftovers with this meal.
