    Mackintosh apple with peanut butter. Peanut butter is what I go to if I can't sleep. Works every time.

    Pink lady apples are my snack of choice. They are like a sweet winesap. Fabulous! Ritz crackers with a dot of strawberry jam is second place.

    strawberries and grapes. (today is daughters birthday......I made her a whole wheat applesauce/raisen/nut/spice cake with caramel icing. I can still smell the browned butter waifing thru the house. I am eating that at the party.)
