    Default Feta & String bean Salad

    Feta & Stringbean Salad

    A quick side dish for the summer


    take some string beans either canned or or fresh cooked appx 16 oz

    put in a salad bowl

    add olive oil and balsamic vinigar to taste

    sprinkle 1/2 tsp garlic powder

    crumble feta on to

    Done

    Boy, that sure sounds like a great fast dish, have my green beans in the freezer. Best get out a package and use my own vinaigrette.

    ...I add fresh or canned beets and a bit of red onion, salt, pepper and basil to mine...anything with feta cheese is good!

    I add slices of red onion and torn lettuce this salad. A family favorite.
