I have a set of flan pans and never use them. Does anyone have any recipes so I can put these pans to use?

I use them quite frequently. I just use a cake mix and bake them using 2 pans. You can use pudding to fill them. You can slice some bananas and place around and on the bottom, then fill with banana creme pudding. Same with coconut and coconut pudding. You can fill them with a pudding and fresh fruit, or just the fresh fruit and whipcreme. I have done kiwi and strawberries and then top with whip creme. Hope this helps!
