    I use my stand mixer. I don't have a food processor but it would probably work too.
    I have made pb frosting just by mixing pb into my favorite icing.

    If you do not use it all, how well does it keep? Should it be in the freezer or fridge?

    Well it never lasted long enough when everyone was home for me to worry about it.
    If I made it now I would divide it up and leave one out to keep it spreadable and refrigerate the rest. If it sits long enough you might have to re-whip it to get it fluffy again.

    Was shopping in Amish store last week, and they called it Amish PB. Label said PB, marshmallow fluff, and corn syrup. Was yummy and so low calorie!!!
